Mivhato operates this online store and website. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mivhato.
Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services online.
Mivhato sells products internationally to customers in the United States, Canada, Italy, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Singapore, and the Czech Republic, subject to product availability and applicable shipping restrictions.

Mivhato uses third-party fulfillment and logistics services to process and deliver customer orders.
We may use Zendrop and its associated suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and logistics providers to source, process, package, and ship products ordered through our store.
Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping times may be affected by factors including:

- Supplier availability.
- Carrier delays.
- Customs processing.
- Weather or natural events.
- Holidays.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT PROVIDERS
Mivhato may use third-party service providers to fulfill customer orders.
These providers may include fulfillment platforms, product suppliers, warehouses, shipping carriers, payment processors, technology providers, customer-support services, and other companies necessary to operate our store.
One of our fulfillment providers may be Zendrop.
When an order is placed, information necessary to fulfill that order may be transmitted to the applicable fulfillment provider or supplier. This may include information such as the customer's name, shipping address, order details, product information, and tracking information.
These providers process such information for purposes related to fulfilling, shipping, supporting, or otherwise servicing the order, subject to their applicable agreements, policies, and legal obligations.
Mivhato remains responsible for its relationship with the customer, while third-party providers perform the services for which they are engaged.
7. PRODUCT ISSUES, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact Mivhato using the contact information provided below.
We may request photographs, videos, packaging information, shipping labels, tracking information, or other evidence necessary to investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, Mivhato may request a refund or replacement from the applicable fulfillment provider.
However, the availability of a refund or replacement from a fulfillment provider does not automatically determine the customer's legal rights against Mivhato.

Where a fulfillment provider requires evidence or imposes specific eligibility requirements for reimbursement, Mivhato may need to collect that evidence from the customer in order to process the underlying claim.
For example, Zendrop's current fulfillment policy generally requires evidence for damaged, incorrect, or missing products and provides specific eligibility periods for claims.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped, subject to applicable law and the applicable fulfillment process.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Certain products or order types may have additional cancellation restrictions.
For orders fulfilled through Zendrop, cancellation availability depends on the order's processing and shipping status. Zendrop states that shipped orders generally cannot be canceled.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, trademarks, trade names, and other materials, belongs to Mivhato or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Mivhato.
Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Mivhato or for the obligations arising between Mivhato and its customers.

Mivhato operates from Colombia but sells products internationally.
